As a college student, my day starts early and ends late - too late. Later than necessary, but there's always something to do right? Like my first post on this shiny new blog (at 1 a.m.).
Eight a.m. is the average wake-time (after hitting snooze for thirty minutes), and I rise and I read and I get ready for the day. I have three classes each day and am done with school no later than 2:45 p.m.; not to bad, I have an afternoon, and for the most part, try to take full advantage. Work follows soon after the finishing of class, and fortunately for me work is play. Cranking snow cones and cutting flowers every other day leaves me with no complaints; I'm paid to help others be happy, and this makes me happy. The lifetime supply of free snow cones at Eskimo Sno and leftover flowers from Birdie at the end of the day ain't bad either.
As for the night, I hit the books! or do I. This would be the typical thought process. But it's a nice night Hunter - But people are playing Hunter - But your roommate wants to break into the football stadium and praise the Lord with the sunset Hunter. Naturally, I listen to my inner kindred spirit and crack open those crusted books around midnight. Goodnight sleep - Good morning memories.
That is what a day is though, isn't it? A day is a memory. A date cannot be limited to a box on the wall calendar. The number is temporary, but significant. The time is limited, but forever.
Waste some sleep, keep the daylight.
Good Morning
